TULSA, Okla. — Authorities are investigating after a man is shot in north Tulsa, according to the Tulsa Police Department.
Police arrived on the scene near East 56th Street North and North Peoria Avenue Friday afternoon, officials said.
Police say they found the 18-year-old victim lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the torso. He was then transferred to a local hospital, but authorities don't believe his injuries are life-threatening.
Officials say a white car was involved in the incident.
