Tulsa Police have arrested a suspected burglar for killing a Tulsa resident inside a mobile home

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police arrested 28-year-old Anthony Ahaisse in connection to the city's 12th homicide since the beginning of the year.

He's accused of breaking into a home and shooting a man at the Cherry Hill Mobile Home community located at the 4800 South Elwood.

Officers were dispatched to the shooting on Saturday after midnight. When they arrived, they found a 24-year-old male victim inside a home.

Witnesses described the suspect and his vehicle to officers, who quickly apprehended Ahaisse on 19100 East Admiral. He was driving at a high rate of speed and taken into custody following a short pursuit.

Ahaisse was booked on murder, possession of a firearm after the former conviction of a felony, first degree burglary and felony eluding.

The victim's has been identified as Gregory Collins.
