TULSA -- The Tulsa Police Department Riverside Traffic Unit is cracking down on red/yellow light violations during the month of April in south and west Tulsa.
Officers will be randomly monitoring all major intersections in the major commercial corridors in the division.
A citation issued for a red light violation is $200 while a citation for a yellow light violation is $150. The department says no warnings will be issued.
According to the department, the Riverside Division has some of the most dangerous intersections in Tulsa.
