TULSA - A man was arrested twice over the weekend after Tulsa police say he beat a woman.
On Saturday, police were called to a home near the 1500 block of East 4th Street after receiving a domestic disturbance call.
When they arrived, police say the victim told them Rande Bowers attacked her, causing bruises to her arms and chest.
The second arrest was made Sunday, after Bowers allegedly hit his girlfriend for a second time.
Bowers was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
