Tulsa police say they apprehended William Cooper, 26, Thursday and arrested him on complaint of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after former conviction of a felony.
TPD responded to a call about a fight at a downtown convenience store located at 416 E. 11th Street earlier this week. When they arrived, they found a man in his thirties with massive head injuries. He was taken to a nearby hospital for immediate surgery. Police say he is now in grave condition.
