TULSA — Tulsa police are searching for a missing and endangered man who was last reported seen on Nov. 3.
Police say 36-year-old Andrew "Andy" Helm is a diabetic and it is unknown if he has access to medications.
Police described Helm as a 5'11 male weighting 180 pounds.
Helm was last seen at 6 a.m. walking on West 71st Street at the Tulsa Hills Shopping center at South Olympia Avenue, officials say.
