TULSA, Okla. — UPDATE: Police have made contact with the parents of the child Thursday afternoon, according to the Tulsa Police Department.
Police and DHS are investigating the circumstances which led to the child being found in the street, police said.

Tulsa police are asking for help in identifying a toddler that was found Thursday morning.
Police say the child was found at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday morning riding a tricycle in the street near 81st and Yukon.
Police ask that if anyone has information about this child to call TPD at 918-596-9222 or 911.
