According to Tulsa Police Department, officers and K9 responded to 31st and 129th after receiving information that "Most Wanted" subject Laura Palmer, age 35, was in the area.
A dark colored vehicle was located as it left a neighborhood, officials say.
Police say the vehicle was stopped at 31st and 129th and Palmer was arrested.
Two other subjects were also taken into custody to speak with detectives, officials say.
Police say Palmer had a dog with her that was picked up by Animal Control.
Palmer was arrested on her outstanding felony warrants.
