Tulsa Police have arrested 35-year-old Albert Jackson for recklessly using a firearm.
They say Jackson fired a shotgun from inside his home on South West 39th Avenue around 5 a.m. The bullets went through his neighbor's house.
A woman inside that home told police her granddaughter was almost hit by the bullets.
Jackson was inside with his wife and a two-year-old. He told police he thought his house was being burglarized, so he grabbed his shotgun and started shooting.
Police say no one was harmed.
