TULSA, Okla. - Two individuals suspected of breaking into CAP Tulsa Skelly Early Childhood Education Center have been booked on second-degree burglary complaints. One of them is a juvenile.

The other has been identified as 29-year-old Jeremy Lochan. He was also booked for conspiracy to commit a felony, possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and obstructing justice.

Tulsa Police received the call from Tulsa Public Schools' security around midnight. After the school's alarm went off, they started tracking two suspects inside the school.

When police officers arrived, the suspects ran away through the back and into a neighborhood.

Police used a K-9 to track them down. The K-9 bit one of the suspects in the shoulder, and then was arrested. The juvenile was put into custody shortly after.

During the investigation, officers found a backpack full of pipes, a bag of marijuana and some school property.
