Tulsa police say a man is in jail after making lewd comments to a women and exposing himself.
The suspect was identified as Alphonzo Barnett -- who was later booked for the incident.
Officers responded to an indecent exposure call Tuesday -- near downtown but were unable to find the caller or suspect on the scene.
Tulsa police were able to locate Barnett a few hours later.
