TULSA - A Tulsa man was arrested Sunday after police say he raped a man who suffers from mild mental retardation and post traumatic stress disorder, according to an arrest report.
Police responded to the 2000 block of East 1st Street after receiving a call regarding a rape.
The victim told police that William Cook, 49, raped him and then forced him to shower to "remove any DNA."
When police took Cook into custody, they also found a bag containing meth. Cook was arrested for 1st degree rape and possession of drug paraphernalia.
