TULSA — According to Tulsa police, an arrest has been made in connection to the murder of Elijah Lindsey.
Mitchell Carter (29) was arrested and will be booked into jail for murder, aggravated assault and battery, first degree burglary and possession of a firearm.
On Aug. 24, officers responded to a shooting in north Tulsa where they found Lindsey.
Officers say Lindsey died from a gunshot wound to the torso.
