TULSA -- A man accused of murder in Louisiana was taken into custody by Tulsa Police Tuesday.
Police were called to a Stop and Save on West 12th Street after receiving a call regarding a prowler.
After arriving, police learned that the suspect, Richard Smith, 46, had an outstanding felony warrant for murder in Louisiana.
Smith was taken into custody for being a fugitive from justice.
