Tulsa Police are looking for someone who fired shots in east Tulsa, hitting two houses.

Officers responded to the call near 14th and 124th E. Ave. at 12:30 a.m.

They found three shell casings on the street. One of the bullets went through a home's spare bedroom, but no one was hurt.

While they were investigating the first home, they discovered the house next to it was also hit by a bullet.

Two adults and one child were inside the home, but no one was injured.

At this time, police don't believe the houses were targeted.

"It could have just been they were shooting at someone in the street, and it went into the house," said Corporal Solomon with the Tulsa Police Department.

Police will continue their investigation. There is currently no suspect or vehicle information.
