Tulsa Police are investigating the homicide of Aundre Byrd in north Tulsa.
They were dispatched to the Town Square Apartments on Apache and Lewis around 2:30 a.m.
When officers arrived, they discovered the victim was shot in the head.
Tulsa Police have cleared two people of interest. Ricky Sier was running away from the shooting scene and Aundre was being chased by the shooter.
No motive for the shooting have been identified at this moment.
