TULSA, Okla. - Tulsa Police have arrested a man for first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of 38-year-old Jason Harris.

They booked 29-year-old Dustin Baker into the Tulsa County Jail on Thursday morning. He is also facing one felony count of being in possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.

Police are searching for another suspect connected to the homicide, 25-year-old Dillon Rose, who also goes by "Ray Benson". He's described as being six feet tall and weighing 198 pounds.

On Wednesday morning, police found Harris on the passenger side of a stalled jeep on Highway 169 north of 31st Street exit. He was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound.

Investigators say Baker owned the jeep and believe he was driving it at the time of the shooting.

Anyone with information about the death is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-2677.
