TULSA — Tulsa police said your trash cans are safe again after they arrested an adorable "masked bandit."
Officer Hill, who's a former zookeeper at the Tulsa Zoo, got a call about a raccoon that had gotten caught in a window screen.
Hill was able to get the animal free and a local animal rescue group took it in.
