TULSA, Okla. — Ascension St. John NICU nurses made special preparations to celebrate Halloween at the hospital.

Hospital officials told 2 Works for You that every year nurses hand make special costumes for the babies in the NICU. They said it can be difficult for NICU families to feel a sense of normalcy, which is being amplified by the pandemic.
