TULSA -- Tulsa police say the most wanted man in the area is being sought in connection with the sexual abuse of a child under 12 years of age.
Police are searching for Cesareo Martinez, 38.
He will be held on a $100,000 bail, police said.
Contact police at 918-596-COPS with information about Martinez' whereabouts. Cash rewards of up to $1,500 are available for information leading to the arrest of persons who commit crimes.
