TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Mayfest announced the dates for the 2020 festival, set for May 8-10, 2020.

The 2020 festival is set for the second weekend in May, which is a change from the traditional third weekend.

Applications for performing acts, local and juried visual artists as well as food vendors and food trucks are now open. All application details are available here.

The festival is again taking place in the Tulsa Arts District and Historic Greenwood, centered around the main stage at Guthrie Green. As always, juried artists from around the country will display their fine art at the festival, and expanded space for local artists will be available for the second year in a row.

“We’re excited to continue the new location and expanded space for local visual artists in 2020, as well as hold the festival on a new weekend,” said Heather Pingry, executive director of Tulsa Mayfest. “The second weekend in May will allow us to expand our geographic footprint when needed, even with the construction in the Tulsa Arts District.”

Pingry added that more juried artists than ever before have already applied for the 2020 festival.

“Our committee will have their work cut out for them in choosing the visual artists for this year,” she said.

As always, the festival will feature multiple stages for performing arts, a KidZone, fun festival food and art in various media.
