TULSA -- A former respite care provider is scheduled to be in court Monday for child pornography and sex abuse charges.
Investigators say they recovered child porn from Timothy Cheatwood's computer in August of 2015.
Cheatwood is also charged with sex abuse against a child under the age of twelve, as well as manufacturing and distributing child pornography.
