TULSA – A Tulsa man accused of sexually exploiting a minor has been sentenced.
Joseph Hubert, 47, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for his interaction with a minor in the fall of 2012.
According to DOJ, Hubert was taken into custody after it was discovered he recorded the minor engaging in sexual conduct.
