TULSA -- After six hours of deliberations, a Tulsa man was found guilty of first degree murder.
The Jury recommended Demario Bethany serve three life sentences for felony murder, attempted robbery with a firearm and felon in possession of a firearm.
Bethany was convicted of shooting Courtney Parks. The shooting happened on December 29, 2014 at Plaza Hills Apartments.
According to Bethany's arrest report, detectives learned he planned to rob parks.
