Tulsa man charged after allegedly hitting 6-year-old special needs daughter in face

TULSA -- The man police say repeatedly hit his 6-year-old special needs daughter in the face was officially charged.

Court records show Raymond Marlow was charged with one count of child abuse by injury.

Last week, officers arrested Marlow near 61st Street and Peoria Avenue. Police say Marlow admitted to getting frustrated with his daughter when she wouldn't listen.

According to officers, Marlow said he "popped her in the mouth three times" because she was unruly and hard to control.
