TULSA - A man was arrested Saturday after police say he allegedly sexually assaulted his niece.
EMSA responded to a Tulsa home near 513 South 40th West Avenue Saturday after receiving a call regarding a woman having a seizure.
Once in the ambulance, the woman said she was having a panic attack because her uncle sexually assaulted her.
Police were called to the home where the victim said she was sleeping when the incident took place.
Police were then let into the home where they arrested Robert Martin, 53. Martin now faces several charges including forcible oral sodemy, resisting arrest and public intoxication.
