TULSA -- A man was arrested after police say he hit his 6-year-old daughter in the face.
Officers say Raymond Marlow told them he "popped her in the mouth three times" because she was unruly and hard to control.
The girl was taken to the hospital, say police. Marlow was arrested and taken to jail.
