TULSA — A 25-year-old man was arrested Wednesday on accusations that he had sex with a 13-year-old girl.
Police said Donald Brooks had sexual intercourse with the girl on multiple occasions when she was 13 and 14.
The girl's mother reported the situation to police after discovering text messages and photographs, documents said.
Brooks was arrested on a count of second-degree rape, forcible sodomy, manufacturing child pornography and making a lewd or indecent proposal to a minor.
His bail was set at $135,000.
