TULSA -- An 8-week-old infant is in the hospital after allegedly being abused by her mother's live-in boyfriend.
Police say Andrew Leach shook the infant and hit her head on his knees. The grandmother took the child to the hospital when she noticed she wasn't acting right.
Doctors found skull fractures, a brain bleed and evidence of shaking. Leach is now facing child abuse charges.
According to police, the infant's mother is also being investigated.
