TULSA — A dog is safe this morning after getting stuck inside an old cellar.

Crews from Price Plumbing found the dog inside the hole while doing work on the home.

They tossed down some food and a ladder to see if the dog would get out on his own.

But that didn't happen so they called Tulsa Fire Department for help.

Brent Price says, "Nice dog. Just got out. It got in through the outside crawl space latch was left off and the animal got down there, And then there's an old cellar and it jumped down into it with no way for it to get out. I don't how long it was down there."

We are told the dog was okay and is now at the City of Tulsa Animal Shelter.
