TULSA — Tulsa Fire Department officials said the fire that occurred overnight at the Avondale Apartments has been ruled an arson.
Officials said the fire was set on the top of the stairs.
One unit had minimal damage because fire fighters were able to put the fire out quickly, officials said.
Two occupants were displaced, officials said.
