Tulsa fire crews find car in the Arkansas River

Fire and rescue crews from the Tulsa Fire Department are searching the Arkansas River near downtown after finding a car in the river.

Crews spotted the car shortly after 7am about 400 feet north of the 23rd Street Bridge on the west bank. No one was inside the car when rescuers arrived.

TPD crews deployed a boat from the ramp near River West Festival Park to search for anyone who may have tried to swim to shore.
