Tulsa firefighters investigators are working to determine the cause of a fire that forced a family from their home early Monday morning.
Firefighters responded to the 1300 block of North Quaker and found smoke and flames coming from the home.
Three adults and an infant made it safely out of the home before crews arrived.
A puppy inside the house was taken by EMSA paramedics and given oxygen to treat possible smoke inhalation.
The inside of the home sustained major damage, and the family will not be able to return home.
