TULSA – Detectives are asking the public to help in identifying a man wanted for a “strong-arm” robbery.
The suspect allegedly entered a Walgreens located near the 6400th block of East Pine on August 8, says Tulsa police. He approached the counter and pretended to purchase a candy bar but when the cashier opened the register, he reached his hand into the register.
After removing the money, says police, the man fled from the store on foot.
Tulsa authorities say the clerk was not injured during the altercation.
