TULSA -- A couple facing charges in a child sex abuse case are due in court Monday.
Officers say a 10-year-old girl told them John Jennins sexually abused and took nude photos of her. Investigators also charged Elizabeth Jennings after they say she failed to report the incidents.
John is charged with four counts of sex abuse of a child, while Elizabeth is charged with obstructing an officer and permitting child sex abuse.
Their arraignment is scheduled for 9:30 Monday morning.
