Saturday marks one year since a Tulsa County reserve deputy shot and killed Eric Harris during a sting operation.
New video released Friday shows that same reserve deputy, Robert Bates, involved in another incident just weeks before Harris' death.
In the video, we see Bates draw both a taser and a gun on a handcuffed suspect. His attorney, Clark Brewster, says Bates only followed orders in that incident.
The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office released a statement Friday, saying there is no use of force shown in the video.
