Tulsa County Sheriff Stanley Glanz is set to testify before a grand jury Monday.
The investigation into his office began after allegations of wrongdoing surfaced. The grand jury is looking into accusations of neglected duties and favoritism concerning reserve deputies, among others allegations.
A petition drive calling for the investigation began after Reserve Deputy Robert Bates mistook his personal gun for a taser, shooting an unarmed suspect.
