TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa County District Court announced it's suspending all in-person proceedings because of rising COVID-19 cases in Tulsa County and surrounding areas.
This will take effect from December 8 through January 11, 2021.
In a statement, court officials said, "All areas of the courthouse occupied by judges, judicial staff, court clerks working in judicial offices, as well as courtrooms, are closed to the public during this time period with exceptions for necessary and emergency matters."
Jury trials will be suspended until February 1, 2021.
