TULSA — A local church continues to give free groceries to those in north Tulsa impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
First Baptist Church North Tulsa is providing a community drive-thru meals and groceries giveaway every Wednesday through Sept. 2020.
Officials said the church gives free grocery sacks and/or boxes of dry goods and produce to people and families who need them.
They will continue to offer the giveaway at no cost through the month of September.
Officials said they begin passing out the free groceries and meals at 5:30 p.m. every Wednesday until supplies run out.
First Baptist Church North Tulsa is located at 1414 North Greenwood Avenue in Tulsa.
