TULSA — According to Tulsa police, roads are back open on 31st and 116th East Avenue to Garnett.

According to Tulsa police, a truck crashed into a power pole near 31st and South Garnet.
Officers say 31st is shut down from 116th East Avenue to Garnett.
The pole is only being held up by the lines, officers say.
There is also a low hanging power line hanging above the street.
Police say the road will be shut down in both directions until PSO can make repairs.
The driver told officers he fell asleep while behind the wheel.
Police say even though the road is shut down, drivers can cut through parking lots in the area to get around.
