Tropical storm Earl forms in Caribbean, heads west towards Mexico Tuesday

A tropical storm located in the Caribbean, just south of Jamaica is packing some very heavy rain and winds around 45 miles per hour. 

The storm was upgraded Tuesday morning after starting out as a tropical disturbance. This storm was investigated by NOAA's Hurricane Hunter recognizance aircraft.
