Catoosa Police Department and Tulsa County Sheriff's Office are responding to an accident involving a train and a car.
Officials tell us the driver of the car was intoxicated and was driving westbound on the tracks.
The train collided with the car dragging it down the tracks almost half a mile before coming to a stop.
The driver is being charged with DUI, assaulting an officer, and resisting arrest.
