TULSA — As Tulsa begins Phase I of reopening after shutting down due to the coronavirus pandemic, several have questions on how to proceed with their child's education.
Tulsa Public Schools provided several pieces of helpful information for the families of their students.
From now until May 21, Tulsa Public Schools has opened a second enrollment window for students who missed the first enrollment window or are new to Tulsa.
TPS officials say if students do not desire to go to their neighborhood school, the school they are "zoned" for or live around, they may apply for schools that still have open seats.

Secondly, TPS says the Pre-K enrollment is now open!
Tulsa Public School's Pre-K is FREE and gives children a "great start towards a successful education," says officials.
Pre-K enrollment is open until August 31 and officials say there are still seats available at some schools.
Requirements to enroll for Pre-K have been temporarily waived. For a child to be eligible for Pre-K, they have to be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2020.
