According to Tulsa police, a vehicle hit a woman pushing a stroller near 31st Street and Sheridan Road.
Police say the driver said the sun got in his eyes, and his vehicle hit a woman who was pushing her child in a stroller.
Police say the woman was walking on the side of the road, going against traffic, when she was hit, going up on the hood of the man's vehicle.
Both the child and the mother are being checked out by EMSA, police say.
Police say the child in the stroller was unharmed.
Tulsa police say the driver cooperated and was ticketed.
Police say they are labeling this as an accident.
