TULSA - A man is recovering in the hospital after police say he was shot while driving a stolen vehicle.
Police say two men were driving a stolen vehicle near 500 73rd East Avenue when they say a vehicle pulled up next to them and fired 12 to 15 rounds into the driver's side of the vehicle.
Police say only on of the men inside the stolen vehicle was struck, escaping with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say they are having a difficult time getting a suspect description due to the victim's unwillingness to cooperate.
