TULSA -- A triple homicide suspect is in police custody Monday evening.
Tulsa police say they arrested Dejuan Jones after fleeing the Sunset Plaza Apartments. Jones is the third suspect wanted in connection with a shooting death in Denver.
Officials have been searching for this man, who is wanted on multiple warrants, for several weeks.
Police had the apartment complex surrounded when Jones took off running. He was arrested across the street on OSU Tulsa's property.
Several agencies assisted in the arrest including the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force. They investigate the most violent criminal cases in Tulsa County.
They say Jones was considered armed and dangerous, which is why more than 10 officers responded to the scene.
Jones will be booked into the Tulsa County jail. A woman related to the suspect was also taken into custody for harboring a fugitive.
