Tulsa police responded to reports of a suspicious briefcase with a note on it at the Kum & Go near 71st and Garnett.
Officials say the note read "Kill 'em all" and included a picture of the Twin Towers.
The Tulsa Police Bomb Squad was able to safely recover the briefcase. After examining it, they determined it was not an explosive.
The scene is now clear.
