TULSA — New overnight, Tulsa police made a meth bust and possibly solved another crime at the same time.
Officers arrested Winston Runnels near Admiral and North Harvard overnight, after the license plate of the car he was in came back stolen.
A report shows they found more than 29-grams of meth inside his coat pocket.
And because of the stolen plate, officers are investigating to determine if the car he was in was also stolen.
Police say Runnels was booked into Tulsa County Jail for knowingly concealing stolen property and trafficking methamphetamine.
This is an ongoing investigation.
