TULSA — A shooting victim is not being cooperative with law enforcement, according to Tulsa Police.

Officers responded to the 3700 block of North Hartford Avenue around 1:09 a.m. Wednesday.

They found an 18-year old male with a gunshot wound to his torso but learned the crime did not take place at that address.

TPD said the male left the crime scene on foot and went to the home officers responded to for help.

As police have tried to get more information about what happened, they said the victim has refused to provide details.

Officers said they have not been able to find a crime scene or any evidence after searching several locations.

The victim is listed in stable condition.
