TULSA - A shooting suspect has allegedly shot the father of his half sister in east Tulsa, according to Tulsa Police.
The shooting occurred at 3390 S. 137th E. Ave. early Friday evening.
Police say the suspect fled the scene after the shooting.
EMSA has confirmed one dead. Police have identified the victim as Michael Lewis.
